Screened Porch

A screened porch from Anchor Home Services is a great place to enjoy the outdoors.  We can use the existing roof or if you don’t already have a porch roof, we can construct your roof from conventional framing or we can utilize SNAP-N-LOCK™ insulated roof panels with shingles for a sleek, simple look.  With our aluminum porch framing you can enjoy your porch for many years to come without the annoying maintenance of wood framing.

Eze-Breeze Porch Conversion

Do you have a porch that you don’t use?  If you are like most people that have porches, you are tired of the constant cleaning that has to be done on a screened porch because of the pollen, dust and rain that blows in on the wind.  With an Eze-Breeze porch conversion from Anchor Home Services you will definitely get the most “bang for your buck”.  You will still have the nice open feel of a screened porch when the windows are open, but when the weather turns cold or windy, simply close the windows and enjoy your porch without the wind, rain, pollen and dust.  This can be done two different ways; either with the vertical four track windows or the horizontal side-sliders.  An Eze-Breeze porch conversion is typically about half the cost of conventional construction or glass and the flexibility of the porch is now unmatched by anything else.  Most of our customers use their porches year round.  In the winter, a small space heater keeps the porch comfortable with the windows up and in the summer you can either open them all of the way or open the top and bottom to get wonderful air circulation.  The comment we hear from customers over and over is: “ I don’t know why I didn’t do this years ago”.  Whether converting an existing porch or constructing a new one, Eze-Breeze is the PERFECT solution for your porch wants and needs.

Glass Enclosure

Glass enclosures are another way of closing in an existing porch.  These are typically done with conventional construction walls with either PGT Spectraguard Series 2300 windows or Simonton Series 5500 windows.  The interior of the room is then insulated, sheet-rocked and painted.  HVAC can also be added per the desires of the customer.

Garage Door Screens

Anchor Home Services is also proud to offer PGT Eze-Breeze Garage Door Screens.  Made of similar material to the Eze-Breeze Horizontal Side Slider Panels, these door screens allow you to screen in your garage to be used as a workshop or extra gathering space for parties or family get-togethers.  The door screens can be closed to keep out the bugs and pests and then re-opened to drive your car back in for the evening.
